I am a dedicated and experienced public administration professional with a strong background in government relations, program management, and advocacy. With a Master of Public Administration and over three decades of experience in various roles, I have demonstrated a commitment to public service and community engagement and have a proven track record supporting local governments, advocating for legislative priorities affecting localities, managing public safety programs and victim assistance initiatives. I am a results-driven leader with expertise in budget management, human resources, and organizational development.

In addition to being an accomplished public service professional, I have a comprehensive understanding of Association Management. My expertise in association management is highlighted by my tenure at the Virginia Municipal League, where I manage several affiliate associations, including the Virginia Building and Code Officials Association, the Virginia Energy Purchasing Group Association and the Municipal Electric Power Association of Virginia. In addition, I have served as a member of the Virginia Local Government Management Association Professional Development Committee for over 10 years.



I am a member of the American Society of Association Executives, Meeting Professionals International, the Virginia Local Government Management Association, and the Virginia Society of Association Executives.
